During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. oh222 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close any duplicate Accounts and to forfeit all associated balances and pending bonuses.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify oh222 support immediately at [email protected]. oh222 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs as a result of your failure to adequately protect your credentials.
oh222 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with international anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time at oh222's discretion:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from oh222 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
oh222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Rupiah at zero platform fees. oh222 does not accept deposits in foreign currency.
The minimum deposit amount via bank transfer is Rp 25.000. The minimum deposit via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) is Rp 10.000. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits are as displayed in your Account dashboard and may vary by payment method and Account verification level. oh222 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.
Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmation of receipt by oh222's payment processing systems, typically within seconds for e-wallet transfers and within one to five minutes for bank transfers, depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. oh222 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking systems.
Withdrawal requests are processed by oh222 within an average of three minutes for verified Accounts, subject to KYC clearance and fraud screening. Withdrawals submitted outside normal business hours (09:00–22:00 WIB) may be processed on the following business day. oh222 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large or irregular amounts.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been used for at least one successful deposit on the same Account. oh222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. A Player may only withdraw to an account held in their own name, as verified through the KYC process.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their gaming activity, including any income tax that may be applicable on winnings under Indonesian law. oh222 does not provide tax advice, and nothing in these Terms constitutes tax or financial advice.
All bonuses and promotions offered by oh222 are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise on the relevant promotion page, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate, and certain game types may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. oh222 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses using multiple Accounts; systematically placing low-risk bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; using arbitrage strategies in conjunction with bonus funds; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, oh222 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, suspend the Account, and recover any funds that were paid out as a result of the abuse.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days after they are credited to your Account. Any bonus balance that has not been wagered through in full by the expiry date will be removed from your Account automatically. oh222 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. oh222 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed wager. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the details of any wager — including stake amount, selection, and odds — before confirming it.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; scrape or systematically download Platform data; or use the oh222 brand, logo, or trademarks in any context without prior written consent from oh222.

oh222 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or Force Majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. oh222 will not be liable for any losses — including lost gaming opportunities or pending winnings — arising from Platform downtime.
All gaming outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live casino games, by physical dealing and certified equipment. oh222 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return to player. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oh222's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
oh222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if oh222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oh222 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
For disputes of a minor or administrative nature, Players are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. oh222 will endeavour to resolve all Player complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. For unresolved disputes, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority as notified to you during the complaints process.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia.
oh222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email to the address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a proposed amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.5 before the changes take effect.
